How does the school help you to be a good citizen?
- We follow the carpet rules
- We know to have eyes on the teacher
- Good sitting

- Highlight children that are kind and make green choices

- We have praise points to show we have been good
- We learn to walk nicely around school
- We learn how to show respect to everyone in school
- We know to ask our friends if they are ok when they are hurt
- My teacher helps me learn

- We learn about what is right and wrong

- There are rules to stop us making the wrong choice
- We have reflection time for people making the wrong choice
- Teachers teach you so they will help you when you’re older
- When you have made the wrong choice, teachers will help you so you don’t do it again
- If children have a time out in school, this will help them think about the good choices they should make
- If children argue, the teachers help to solve the problem
- Teachers help the children to learn and become independent learners
- Teachers help us to trust each other
- Teachers help us to enjoy ourselves, play with each other and be kind
- Teachers say that you must treat others how you would want to be treated
- Teachers remind us of school rules
- Behaviour policy teaches us how to behave and teaches us about consequences

- Our school values resilience. It teaches us to try our best, believe in ourselves and keep trying
